The Union of Concerned Scientists have been steadily tracking automakers' sustainability efforts with their Automaker Ranking report since 1998, and for the first time in its 16-year history, a new brand has succeeded Honda as the "Greenest Automaker:" Hyundai-Kia. The incredible achievement was made possible by the brand's ongoing initiatives in relation to sustainability, which include the production of the Kia Optima and Hyundai Sonata hybrid models, as well as engine revisions throughout both lineups.

Germany's Nürburgring racetrack is one of the most well-known and difficult courses in the world. Every racecar driver has dreams of conquering the famed track, as well as nightmares of crashing while speeding through one of its seven iconic locations. During a recent race on the legendary circuit, racer Andrew Sapino found out firsthand what it's like to wipe out on the track when his left front wheel fell off, causing his car to spin around and land directly in the face of oncoming traffic.
