The Accent is a subcompact car that has been a part of the Hyundai lineup since the 1994 model year. The 2018 model introduced the Accent's fifth-generation, so many updates were made to the car from bumper to bumper during this time. Despite a major overhaul last year, the 2019 Hyundai Accent has a few unique new features loaded into the three trim levels currently available. For example, the SE has a new chrome grille that replaces a colored grille from last year. The SEL introduces standard fog lights and chrome beltline molding. The Limited now has standard LED headlights. When you check out the Accent more closely, you may find that the 2019 model exceeds your transportation needs.

Trim Differences

Regardless of which of the three trims that you select for your new 2019 Accent, your vehicle comes with standard cloth seating, manual seat adjustments, climate control, cruise control, steering wheel-mounted audio buttons, Bluetooth connectivity, a one-touch triple turn signal, 15-inch wheels, power windows, power door locks and USB ports. If you upgrade to the SEL trim level, your vehicle comes with additional standard equipment like dual USB charging ports, a 7-inch color touchscreen display, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM radio, Bluetooth with voice recognition, 16-inch wheels, heated side mirrors, fog lights, automatic headlight control, and additional storage compartments. The Limited trim level for 2019 adds onto the SEL's equipment. Additional standard equipment on the Limited includes heated front seats, auto temperature control, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, a power sunroof, side mirrors with integrated turn signals, an automatic window defogging system and a proximity key with push-button ignition. Engine and Performance

The 2019 Hyundai Accent delivers a sporty, agile performance on the road thanks to exceptional engineering. All three trim levels come with a 4-cylinder, 1.6-liter engine that puts out 130 horsepower. A manual transmission is included with the lowest trim level, or you can upgrade to an automatic transmission that is equipped with Active ECO System and SHIFTRONIC technology. The higher two trim levels are only available with an automatic transmission. This is a front-wheel-drive car that has a unibody construction design for durability. It also comes with a torsion axle and coil springs in the rear, a MacPherson strut with coil springs in the front, power steering, and rear disc brakes. Impressive Safety Ratings and Features
