What's New for the 2022 Hyundai Accent?

The 2022 Hyundai Accent is one of the last of its kind in the subcompact sedan market. It has an enticing package overall with a large touchscreen display and tech-savvy interior, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. There's no longer a manual transmission available for 2022, but otherwise, it remains similar to the 2021 Accent year. The Accent has a high fuel economy rating and a continuously variable automatic transmission.

2022 Accent Trims & Features

The 2022 Hyundai Accent comes in three different trims. The base trim is the SE. It has steel wheels and a well-equipped cabin for a base Accent. It also includes cruise control, USB charging ports, and Bluetooth. Smartphone pairing is also a convenient feature that you'll get with the SE. For entertainment, you can enjoy a five-inch touchscreen with access to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with music and more. The mid-level trim is the SEL which switches to alloy wheels instead of steel. It gets two additional speakers in the sound system for a total of six and comes with a larger 7-inch touchscreen. It also has another USB port to provide a total of two. The exterior gets automatic headlights and fog lights. The top Limited trim comes with even more features. The exterior has an upgrade with LED headlights and larger 17-inch wheels that have an alloy polish finish. Getting into your vehicle and controlling select functions is simpler than ever with the addition of a push-button start and a proximity key entry system to the Limited trim's cabin. Both the SEL and the Limited are equipped with some additional safety technology that includes a backup camera with dynamic gridlines and a voice recognition system that allows you to use Bluetooth without using your hands.
